KEEPING YOUR MEALS FRESH
As soon as you receive your meals, you will need to store them in your refrigerator, set between 1 degree C and 4 degrees C. The meals will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 4 days, but we recommend that you consume them within 3 days. Fresh, preservative-free meals have a higher probability of spoilage and storage temperature is a critical factor. or if Frozen will be good up to 3 Months

You can warm up your meal in the microwave in the container provided & Oven on a cooking tray in the center of the oven. If a foil tin is provided, always remove the plastic lid and only use it in the oven. 

CAN YOU FREEZE THE DISHES?
Yes, all the food that we have is freezable for up to 3 months.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Wood Roasted Chicken with Preserved Lemon, Fresh Garlic Scapes and Charred Asparagus

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the clear film. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Always make sure the dish is hot before serving.

Dishes provided are also microwavable

Preheat oven to 330℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Heat for 40 min until hot.

Pizza 
Preheat oven to 400℉ Remove all the packaging put on a non-stick baking tray Put in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown 

Organic Chicken & Lentil Curry
Preheat oven to 350℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil
Heat for 55 min until hot.

Frozen fresh pasta should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place frozen pasta into boiling water. Always use a large pot with plenty of water when cooking fresh pasta Wait until the water is at a rolling boil before adding the pasta. Salt may be added to the water to bring out the flavour of the pasta Once the pasta is placed in the boiling water cooking time varies from 4-5 min Place the lid back on the pot to help bring the water back to a boil. This is essential because if you do not, the pasta to be sitting in hot water, resulting in mushy pasta. Once the water is boiling again, remove the lid for the remaining cook time. Once ready, drain the pasta into a colander. Toss the pasta in a warmed pan with your prepared sauce, to marry the flavours together.
